Founded by the Tillman family in 2003, Alta Colina specializes in Rhône varietals grown among the steep slopes and fractured shale soils of its high-elevation estate vineyard. Chef de Cuisine Ross Verzosa and Sommelier Trevor Crough have created a four-course menu and wine pairing showcasing the distinctive character of this Paso Robles estate.
