New Wines

Here’s the Fall lineup. All of these are available to customize into your shipment or pickup order:

• 2024 12 O’Clock High Viognier ($48)

• 2024 Alta Blanca ($48) This one’s a first! We’ve never made this Marsanne/Roussanne before, and as always, members get first dibs.

• 2023 Sun Worshipper (Mourvedre blend–$68)

• 2023 Toasted Slope Syrah ($68)

• 2023 Grenache ($68)

PICKUP: Deadlines and Timeline

• August 8th & 9th (Sat/Sun): Fall Member Preview in the Cellar (in-person open house). RSVP here.

• Aug 11: Release email lands, customization opens. Log into your account and start building your order.

• Aug 25: Cards charged for pickup members. This is your cutoff. Please make all your selections before this date.

• Pick up your wines anytime after Aug 25. Swing by the Cellar whenever works for you.

• Please pick up by Thanksgiving. We can’t store it forever! We’re great at making wine, less great at longterm storage. If you can’t make it to the Tasting Room by Thanksgiving, just let us know and we’ll ship your order instead for a flat $25 (shipping is included if you’re an Ann’s Club member).

SHIPPING: Key Dates and Timeline

• Oct 8: Release email lands, customization opens. Log into your account and start building your order.

• Oct 22: Virtual Preview. Buy a Kit to participte and taste with the team from your own home. Get your Tasting Kit here. Kits are $125, member discount applies, shipping included. Each Kit includes all five new releases, plus a members-only selection from our library.

• Oct 27: Cards charged for shipping members. This is your cutoff. Please make all your selections before this date.

• Nov 9: Wines ship. Unless you’ve chosen to ship early (see Ship As You Go below), this is your default ship date.

Customize Your Shipment

Once your release email lands and customization opens, log into your account and make it yours before the charge date hits. A few things that make this easier:

• Add wines before you subtract. The minimum bottle count can confuse the robots.

• Double check your shipping address and phone number while you are logged in. A quick update here saves a lot of back-and-forth (and carrier fees!) later. No changes can be made after your card is charged.

• Shipping is always included on member orders of 12+ bottles.

Ship As You Go

Once logged in, you’ll see a “Ship Now” button during customization. Clicking it means your card is charged right away and your wines go out on the next Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. You can also pick a specific ship date at checkout, which is a good move for travel, gifting, or anything that makes the default date inconvenient.

• October 22nd at 5:30pm PT: Fall Virtual Preview Tasting. Taste with Bob, Maggie, and Winemaker Dallas from your own home and hear the stories behind the wines. Purchase your Tasting Kit HERE.
